Docs: merges now deploy automatically

The hello-world guide, the About page and the README described
publishing as a manual deploy. Since Phase 7, merging into main deploys
through the bajdev/devops pipeline.

This is also the pipeline's first real test: the post change arrives
through the content/ sync and the About page change through the rebuilt
binary.
